How it works

  • 1. Send a request

    After reviewing our website, if you believe you are a suitable candidate. Submit your request via email, WhatsApp, or by calling us directly to book a phone consult.

  • 2. Book Phone Consultation

    During this complimentary consultation, you will be connected with a Hearing Specialist who will discuss the hearing concerns you have been experiencing, as well as your medical history. This conversation will allow us to better understand your unique needs and provide you with tailored recommendations. These may include options for hearing aids, further assessments, or in-person visits.

  • 3. In Home Appoitment

    Appointment duration may vary from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the services required, such as wax removal, a comprehensive evaluation of your hearing and brain word recognition scores, hearing and/or tinnitus consulting, adjustments to existing hearing aids, or the fitting of a new hearing aid. Pricing will also vary based on the specific service provided

  • 4. Post care Follow-Up and Maintenance

    We provide complimentary support and adjustments through phone or virtual consultations for all hearing-related inquiries or device issues. Additionally, we offer 1-2 in-person follow-up visits each year after fitting.
